Spalding .C.C. hosted the final round of the Hereward League on Wednesday 15th July at Pode Hole just outside Spalding. Peterborough .C.C. rode well in the final event and ended up in 4 of the top 5 places. It was Greg Siggs who won the League overall and it was only Mark Robinson from Spalding.C.C who split the Peterborough riders by finishing in 2nd place. Greg has been top of the table since the 2nd round at Bourne and did not ride the last event, but had done enough in the first 3 rounds to clinch the league.
