Peterborough Cycling Club rider Jeremy Harrison made it through to the last three finalists in the Bourne and Deeping Local sports awards, held at Bourne Corn Exchange on 24th March. Harrison was nominated for his come back in 2005 when after five years out of competition, he won his first race and took overall honours in the NCRA road race series. The Langtoft masseur was one of three finalists in the Sportsman of theYear category, which was won by England darts captain Martin Adams from Deeping.
