The final round of the 10 Leagues was run off Thursday and as expected Brian Charmley took the Handicap Title, while Mike Taylor took the Scratch Title. Mike has led the Scratch league all season with win after win scoring maximum points, but Brian has been working his way up the standings and last week hit the top. He had another good ride this week to increase his lead and rap up the Title.
