The final leg of the Hereward Series was run on Wednesday 18th July. Mike Taylor needed to finish in second place to win the series, but it turned out to be to much for Mike. He was off the pace but managed to hang on to his 2nd place overall. Andrew Alexander who was laying 3rd going into the last race finally finished 5th although he did not ride the last event.
