Re:Peterborough 100 - 18th April 2010 - 2010/04/04 08:57 Hello. I shall be doing the 100 mile route. I do 50 miles in about 2.5 hrs normally so am aiming to do it in under 6 hours as well. It all depends on the weather and if we can get into a good group i think

Re:Peterborough 100 - 18th April 2010 - 2010/04/06 20:07 Hi Steve,

I'm signed up for the Pboro 100, though likely doing the 100KM route following my dismal efforts at last weekends event at Wollaston, run by Just racing, where I averaged 15mph (including pit stops) albeit on rather 'windy' freezing cold day.

I will be on the club run this Saturday a.m. or send me a message if you would like to ride on the Pboro 100KM.

Anyone doing the Richardsons Rumble St. I'ves this weekend? I'm doing the 100Km.

Cheers
Dave

Keith Billson and myself are doing the 100km Richardson ride this weekend and Nick Smith is riding the 100 mile one. We will all be starting together hopefully and riding as a group at a decent speed.

Re:Peterborough 100 - 18th April 2010 - 2010/04/06 21:29 Ok Ian - Hope to see you there then. I see the final instructions have been uploaded onto the web site today, so I'll be there in good time to start 100KM route. I'm sure the route won't be as arduous as The Quattro in last weeks weather and hopefully less pot-holes to dodge.

Cheers
Dave

Re:Peterborough 100 - 18th April 2010 - 2010/04/17 07:36 High there, Haven't joined PCC yet, but i work with Alex Harrison and he has been badgering me to join.
I am doing the P100km tomorrow and am hoping to do around 15mph (under 4 hours would be nice), but its my first long ride this year.
It would be nice to go out with a group doing about that pace, would it be ok to join you? If so what time are you planning to start.

Re:Peterborough 100 - 18th April 2010 - 2010/04/17 11:49 A few of us are meeting at The Boathouse at 0700 to get to Orton for a 715/0730 registration - so happy to meet you at either place - look out for the yellow Pboro jerseys. Personally i hope to be pushing it a bit for the 100 miler, but we can all start together at least and have a chat then. Very best, Simon H
