The Chairman prompted a group discussion on these topics in order to provide a more general understanding of ‘who, what, where, and when’. As the Secretary was not present, it was difficult to make any real progress in understanding where we were with any of these topics. It was understood that Tim had made significant progress in many areas, and the committee felt that it would be prudent to hear his latest report at the next committee meeting. Tim had provided a ‘snapshot’ update and this was read out to the committee.

Rod reported that an audit had been carried out, and copies were distributed. He reported bank balances of £701 (current a/c) and £281 (deposit a/c)
