CLUBNIGHT SPECIAL
From 1st October our use of the Clubroom will change. After that date there will be a general Club meeting on the first Monday in the month, and on the third Monday the Committee meeting will be held. It is hoped that on those first Mondays some event will be held in addition to a meet for a coffee and chat. It would be a great help if members could contribute to those first Monday meetings by offering to spice them up with some sort of organised event – get those imaginations going!
No need to fret about the first Monday in October – the 6th. Richard Roach will be bringing along the entire clothing stock for you to inspect/buy, and will be offering some items at much reduced prices. It will also be a chance to place an order for new Club clothing, as Richard will be placing a clothing order soon after the meeting. Our Chairman will be offering a chance to buy excellent tools at highly competitive prices. If any one else wants to set up a suitable stall, let the Secretary know, but this is not intended to be a Cycle Jumble – that will come at a later date.
Finally, coffee/tea and light refreshments will be provided free.
P.S. Date for the diary – AGM will be held on Monday 17th November.
