Posh2Paris charity ride Club run part 2 22/1/12 - 2012/01/23 00:26
Three and a half hour ride Sunday am. Out into strong SW wind along Oundle Road to turn off along Bullock Road past Elton Furze Golf Club. The ride split into three groups. I stayed with Chris and Katie, the Posh2Paris riders on their second club ride. North to Polebrook for a food and drink break sheltered behind a phone box watching and listening to two red kites. Plenty of other cyclists out. Then headed to Oundle via Ashton. Fotheringhay next followed by Elton and then back into Peterborough city centre.
